Since the Queen’s death, Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan have not set foot on British soil together. Her children have not been in England since Lilibet’s first birthday. And that shouldn’t change for the time being.
They were once considered the new “Fab Four”, but the bond between them has been broken for years. Prince Harry, 39, and his older brother Prince William, 41, have become increasingly distant from each other since the so-called “Megxit”, and there are also few differences between the sisters-in-law Catherine, Princess of Wales, 42, and Duchess Meghan, 42 no approach points.
“There’s no way Meghan would bring the children to the UK”
The idea seems obvious that the two couples could meet again for the benefit of their children. One reason why William and Kate are said to have asked the Sussexes in the past to bring their children with them when they visited Great Britain. But in vain. “There is no way Meghan would bring the children to the UK. William and Kate have suggested that Meghan and Harry bring the children and that the two couples and their families try to reconcile, but the suggestion has so far come to nothing,” reveals Royal author Tom Quinn in an interview with the British newspaper “Mirror”.
Will Duchess Meghan accompany her husband to London in May?
Has Meghan’s opinion changed in recent weeks due to the tense health situation in the Royal Family? Unlikely. After all, it is still not clear whether Meghan will accompany her husband to Great Britain at the beginning of May. A service to mark the tenth anniversary of the “Invictus Games” will take place on Wednesday, May 8th at 5 p.m. in St. Paul’s Cathedral, London. While Harry’s participation appears to be confirmed, Meghan’s name is still listed in the program with the notation “TBC” (to be confirmed), reports the “Express”.
