Elden Ring arrives on February 25, 2022 and it’s an opportunity for From Software to unveil two new classes. Prepare to enter the Underworld at the controls of a Vagabond or a Hero. Or, one of the six other classes in the game.
It is through this tweet that these two new classes were introduced. The Wanderer, resembling an ancient knight, is a wandering exile from his native land. The Hero, accompanied by his axe, would be a descendant of a tribe of the Plaguelands. Their different statistics will guide your adventure.
They therefore join the five other classes already presented… with a few details. Indeed, the Hero very closely resembles the Champion, which would mean that they are one and the same class.
The latter had been presented in a previous tweet (opposite). We therefore find without hesitation the Warrior, the Enchanted Knight and the Prophet.
For his part, the Champion looks exactly like the Hero, leaving doubt about a real distinction between the two. the Bloody Wolf ends this list of classes known so far for Elden Ring, but would not have the same name on the final version of the game. Just like the previously named Enchanted Knight.
But while these are the only ones revealed, they probably won’t be the only ones in play. According to the exclusive game preview from GameInformer, nine classes will be available. Namely, the Warrior, the Prophet, the Herothe Thief, the Vagabondthe Bandit, the Astrologer, the Samurai and the Prisoner.
