Eramet discovers a hole of 45 million euros in its treasury Content reserved for subscribers

Immediately, the French mining group “carried out the necessary investigations, mobilized all the internal and external resources required to put an end to these fraudulent activities and initiated remedial actions”.

The financial impact is currently estimated at 45 million euros. The group hopes to recover some of the scam through insurance and legal actions. This loss will be integrated into the accounts for the year 2021. Investors, for their part, do not show any sign of panic since on the Paris Stock Exchange the group’s title fell only 1.3%.
