The property is a magnificent house of 230 m2, composed of four bedrooms, a gym, a heated swimming pool, a basketball hoop, but also a football field. The height of luxury for the former player!
The announcement of this villa was published a few months ago on Barnes, a real estate site specializing in luxury houses and apartments. Sadly no potential buyers have shown up yet for the moment and Matt Pokora found himself obliged to lower the price of the property. Initially offered for sale at a price of 2,490 million euros, the singer decided to lower it by 200,000 euros. A price that is still not accessible to all wallets.

If the sale goes through, it may be able to reimburse part of the house that Matt Pokora and his partner Christina Milian have just bought in the United States. Indeed, the two lovers fell for a house of more than 460 square meters located in the West Hollywood neighborhood, where they can spend time with their family, surrounded by their two children, Isaiah and Kenna. They previously owned a property in the Agoura Hills neighborhood, which they sold for 3.1 million euros. The price of their new home is 3.8 million euros.
