On a Sunday in spring 2021, a man met an escort lady (33) in front of an H&M clothing store in eastern Switzerland as agreed. Then they went together to his apartment, where consensual oral sex took place, as stated in the penal order from the St. Gallen public prosecutor. What happened next was beyond the scope of the agreement between the 33-year-old woman and her client.
“As the woman stood with her back to the closet, she felt someone else standing there, turned around and saw the suspect, who was only wearing boxer shorts, which he had pulled down so that his penis was visible, came straight at her with outstretched arms », can be read in the penalty order. The 33-year-old began screaming in shock and fear. She was angry, told her customer that it hadn’t been agreed that way, and got dressed. The customer, for his part, who knew of the man (36) in the closet, asked the 33-year-old to leave the apartment. This without paying them for their previously provided service.
The woman then went to the police and filed a criminal complaint, which is why the exhibitionist, an unemployed man from the canton of Zurich, received a letter from the public prosecutor’s office these days. He was sentenced to a fine of 1,200 francs. This is absolutely necessary, since he has already been convicted of property damage, bodily harm and a violation of the Narcotics Act.
