Ok, first of all you need a suitable stretch of motorway. Long, wide, empty at best. Connoisseurs know: You can find something like this in Germany on the A2 between Berlin and Hanover, slower cars are also fun there, i.e. those that do a paltry 300 km/h. Or even be limited at 250 km/h. Incidentally, a nice travel speed on the aforementioned section of the motorway. Little traffic, three lanes, no speed limit.
