(Reuters) – Formula One team Red Bull has suspended the employee who accused team principal Christian Horner of inappropriate behavior, the BBC and Sky Sports Television reported on Thursday.

A spokesman said the team could not comment on an internal matter as Christian Horner was due to attend the usual press conference ahead of Saturday’s Saudi Grand Prix in Jeddah.

This suspension comes after an independent investigation following which Christian Horner was cleared last week.

The 50-year-old Briton has always denied the allegations against him.
