Shooting deadline for Reunion announced

The cast of the cult series “Friends” has come together again.

It’s done: The shooting of the special “Friends” reunion is complete. The makers announced this via Instagram.

After several postponements of the shooting, there is now good news for all fans of “Friends” (1994-2004): The special reunion episode with the original cast of the series is in the can. That gave the makers on the official Instagram account known.

In the special from streaming provider HBOMax, Jennifer Aniston (52), Courteney Cox (56), Lisa Kudrow (57), Matt LeBlanc (53), Matthew Perry (51) and David Schwimmer (54) together with the inventors of the show, Marta Kauffman (64) and David Crane (63), remembering the popular series and reviewing their time on the set.

When the special will be shown on the service has not yet been officially determined. However, it is expected for around a year after the originally planned date – May 27, 2020. The Reunion was supposed to be filmed in March of last year, but the filming had to be postponed several times due to the coronavirus pandemic.
