Galaxy Unpacked: how to follow the presentation of the AI-powered Galaxy S24?

CES 2024 has barely closed its doors when Samsung continues with a Galaxy Unpacked conference, focused on two things: its new high-end phones (the S24) and artificial intelligence (Galaxy AI).

CES 2024 has just ended, but we don’t have time to say phew. This Wednesday, January 17, Samsung is hosting a Galaxy Unpacked conference. Like every year, it will be focused on its new range of premium S24 phones, with the Ultra model leading the way to compete for the title of best smartphone of 2024.

There will still be a little special feature this year: artificial intelligence will be at the heart of the presentation, with a technology called Galaxy AI designed to revolutionize uses. Samsung will need a little boost this year, as Apple sold more phones than it in 2023 – a historic first.

How to watch Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked conference?

What will Samsung announce today?

Pave the way for the new era of AI. Unleash your creativity and productivity with the most important device in your life: your smartphone », Announces Samsung. The Korean firm will therefore make no mistake: we are in 2024 and a modern technological product must offer functionalities linked to artificial intelligence, on everyone’s lips since the advent of ChatGPT.

Unfortunately for the Korean firm, like every year, a big leak spilled the beans: we already know the characteristics of its new smartphones brought together in the Galaxy S24 range. There will therefore be three models: the Galaxy S24, the Galaxy S24+ and the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The most expensive of the three will receive fashionable new features such as a titanium finish, borrowed from the latest iPhones.

It remains to be seen how Samsung intends to integrate AI into its phones to disrupt uses, which Google is already trying to do with its latest Pixels (and while waiting to see Apple’s response, which is still very silent on this subject) .

We imagine that use cases will be shown during the conference, the multinational wanting to prove that we have indeed entered the era of phones boosted by artificial intelligence. We are only at the beginning, but there will not be room for everyone.
