Grilling potatoes: ingredients for 4 servings

Grill baked potatoes

  1. For baked potatoes you should if possible large, floury potatoes use. Wash it thoroughly and, if necessary, brush the shell to remove any debris.

Grilling potatoes: fan-shaped potatoes

Fan potatoes are a great alternative to baked potatoes and also look good on the grill. To do this, you have to score the raw potatoes in a fan-like manner in advance – however do not cut through! You can then put small sprigs of thyme in the compartments and season the potatoes with sea salt. Put some olive oil over it, then you put the potatoes in a grill tray and place it in the middle of the grill. The cooking time is 50-60 minutes. If you like it hearty, you can also sprinkle small pieces of ham or grated cheese over the fan-shaped potatoes.

Grill the potato wedges

Potato wedges are another option if you want to cook potatoes on the grill. Before doing this, you should peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Then place in a bowl and mix with olive oil and rosemary. You can too, if you like Add garlic or onions. Grill potatoes on a skewer
