An East Tyrolean woman caused a car accident in Mörtschach (Carinthia), was injured, her car was totaled and the 37-year-old received a complaint. The woman was heavily intoxicated.
A 37-year-old East Tyrolean woman drove her car on Thursday at 5:55 p.m. on the Großglockner Straße B107 in Mörtschach in the direction of Winklern. In a left-hand bend she hit the right guardrail and then drove into the left-hand ditch. The driver suffered injuries and was taken to the Lienz hospital by the rescue team. An alcohol test revealed severe intoxication. The 37-year-old’s driver’s license was confiscated. She will be reported to the Spittal district administration.
