(CercleFinance.com) – La Financière de l’Echiquier, acting on behalf of the funds it manages, told the AMF that it crossed the 5% threshold of Guerbet’s capital on March 30, crossing which results from a sale of shares on the market.
The declarant specified that he held, on behalf of said funds, 599,129 Guerbet shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 4.74% of the capital and 3.03% of the voting rights of this company producing products and solutions for medical imaging. .
