In Toulouse, in Haute-Garonne, a young student was harassed by a man who exhibited himself in front of him on the campus of his university.
A traumatic misadventure. A few days ago, a young student from Jean-Jaurès University in Toulouse who was consulting a notice board on the Mirail campus, found himself facing a exhibitionist. The latter indeed approached the young man, pants down, shirt under his chin and sex in the airmaking obscene gestures and addressing him serious proposals.
Totally destabilized by the situation, the student then moved away, but his attacker continued to follow him, and even sat down beside him to reiterate his inappropriate proposals. The young student finally managed to escape by going to class as quickly as possible. Upon leaving, he decided to file a complaint with the police.
The exhibitionist does it again
Thinking he was done with this story, the young man finally crossed paths with the exhibitionist again in the middle of last week. The 38-year-old man is also enrolled in college as part of a resumption of studies. And once again, he made obscene proposals to the young man. The latter therefore contacted the police, who came to the scene and arrested the stalker. Placed in custody, he acknowledged the facts, indicating that he thought the student was happy with his proposals. Unknown to justice, he must appear in court on August 28.
