Henkel raises its organic growth outlook for 2022

BERLIN (Reuters) – German company Henkel on Tuesday raised its organic growth outlook for 2022 on strong revenue growth at its adhesives division.

The chemicals and consumer goods company now expects organic revenue growth of between 5.5% and 7.5%, down from a previous range of 4.5% to 6.5%, it said. said Henkel at its Investor Day.

The German giant also raised its growth outlook for 2022 in August, due to an increase in its turnover during the first half.

“Given the continued strong sales growth in the adhesive technologies sector, we have today updated the outlook for fiscal year 2022 for both the adhesive technologies sector and the Henkel Group,” said said Carsten Knobel, chairman of the company’s management board.

The sales targets for its cosmetics and detergents activities remain unchanged.

Henkel is currently in full restructuring with the merger of the cosmetics business and the detergents division.
