A study, published in January 2023 and conducted by EduBirdie, a professional writing and academic assistance platform reveals that certain first names are in any case more likely to be given to future little geniuses. To arrive at this observation, the platform analyzed more than 900 first names attributed to members of Mensa, the international association of high-potential people with IQs in the highest 2%.

Also, the association analyzed the first names of winners of Nobel prize and recognized scientists. The first names were then grouped together with their diminutives and alternative spellings. This means that the first name Will was included in the first name William for the total count and Tom was included in the count for Thomas.
