In the episode ofHere it all begins from Tuesday January 4, 2022, Antoine (Frédéric Diefhental) sends Laëtitia (Florence Coste) to hand over the new timetables to the teaching staff. Guillaume (Bruno Putzulu) suggests that she give hers to Clotilde, but the new assistant prefers to assume her responsibilities. Laëtitia gone, Antoine points out to Guillaume that Clotilde and Laëtitia will have to get used to working together. Guillaume then shares his doubts with him. His heart swings between the two women and he doesn’t know which one to choose. Antoine encourages him to make a decision. For her part, Laëtitia goes to see Clotilde and gives her her schedule. Chef Armand takes the opportunity to confront her. She suggests to him to hang on to her post of assistant because, soon, all she will have left is that. She claims that Guillaume simply used her to make her jealous and reveals to her that he had spent a hot night with him. Soon he will leave her.

Wounded, Laëtitia goes to see Guillaume and bursts into tears in front of him. She has the feeling that he is going to leave her to find Clotilde. Guillaume tries to reassure her and confides in her that he is more and more in love with her. Clotilde interrupts them by entering Antoine’s office. Seeing them, she decides to give Guillaume an ultimatum: it’s either her or Laëtitia. Cornered, the assistant principal decides not to make a choice and breaks up with the two women.

Teyssier gives Enzo an ultimatum

Teyssier (Benjamin Baroche) summons Louis (Fabian Wolfrom), Claire (Catherine Marchal) and Clotilde (Elsa Lunghini) to his office. He tells them about his discovery of Louis and shows him Augustus’ notebook. Amused, Louis explains that this notebook does indeed belong to him, but that the recipes inside are his. Moreover, Clotilde does not recognize Augustus’ writing inside. Intrigued, Louis would like to know how his notebook got into Teyssier’s hands. Claire explains to him that Maxime (Clément Rémiens) came to their place the day before and that Olivia (Virginie Caliari) let him in. On returning home, Claire confronts Chef Listrac. She accuses him of having tried to trap Louis and of having lied to him about Maxime. Learning that the writing in the notebook was Louis’s, Olivia understands that the young chef copied Augustus’ recipes to ensure his back, but this theory does not convince Claire. Chef Guinot decides to break up with Olivia.

At the Institute, Louis reveals to Enzo that he had indeed copied Augustus’ recipes in a blank notebook. As for the original notebook, he put it in a safe place. Very proud of this victory, Louis is jubilant and decides to take the next step: he will try to oust Maxime from the competition. A little later, the young man finds Teyssier, Claire and Maxime. With the support of his mother, Louis requests the eviction of Maxime. Teyssier believes that if he is to exclude Maxime from the competition, he must also fire his accomplice, Olivia. Claire finds herself at the foot of the wall and refuses to let Teyssier exclude the boss Listrac. She announces to Louis that he will have to compete against Maxime. A little later, Maxime has a conversation with Anaïs (Julie Sassoust) about Enzo. She explains to him that Enzo is unbearable, that he has lost all confidence in himself and in his future. Maxime shares this information with Teyssier, who has an idea. He suggests that Enzo increase his average and ensure him a prestigious position when he leaves the Institute, if and only if he agrees to denounce Louis …
