(AOF) – After the entry into exclusive negotiations announced on December 4, the Herige group announces the conclusion of an agreement with the Samse group for the sale of the activities of trading in materials, public works and natural stones (VM Matériaux, LNTP and Cominex). The transaction remains subject to the approval of the competent regulatory authorities and should be finalized in spring 2024. The scope of sale represents 374.8 million turnover and 79 points of sale in the greater West, as of December 31, 2023.
All 1,155 employees would join the Samse Group.
