Hope is reborn for the sequel to The Wolf Among Us

Telltale Games has accustomed us to epic narrative games like The Walking Dead or Batman, which have pretty much all become classics of their genre. This time it’s the big bad wolf Bigby who returns to Fableville to fight crime! The episodes of the first game in a universe both dark and magical were released between 2013 and 2014, and retraced a hunt for the serial killer among the characters of the tales of our childhood.

Since then, the sequel has been long awaited by the community, and it was in 2017 that it was finally announced for a 2018 release, then postponed for 2019, then in 2020, and so on… It is true that after the fall brutal Telltale, fans of the license had reason to worry.

The news falls in September 2018. The second opus of the game is canceled. Then the license was bought by LCG Entertainment in 2019. It was recently that the hope around The Wolf Among Us 2 was finally reborn. Telltale announces on its Twitter the broadcast of a Behind The Scenes of the production in order to learn more about the game.

The show will air on February 9 at 7 p.m. on Twitch and on the Telltale Games YouTube channel. It will be presented by Geoff Keighley and promises to be full of surprises. In any case, the famous presenter has confirmed that a brand new trailer for the game will be broadcast during Behind The Scenes.

According to the previous trailer and the announcement gif of the live, the next The Wolf Among Us will be set in a snowy Fableville, where despite the efforts of the sheriff and Snow, the crime seems to never end. To see what the second opus has in store for us, its release is a miracle because after the financial disaster at Telltale, the cancellation of the game and then the announcement of its resumption, the emotional lift seems to be coming to an end… for our greatest pleasure!
