VShow Point, which for twenty-three years has published a ranking of public and private healthcare establishments recognized by caregivers, by the management of healthcare establishments and by the population as a reference, could it have been prohibited from disclosing its results ? Question of methodology, answers the Ethics and Scientific Committee for research, studies and evaluation in the field of health (Cesrees).

We would like to understand why? The criteria used by the weekly are relevant and data protection is real. The argument of the risk of dissemination of the identity of the patients is nil, the databases being anonymised. Finally, the information on the evaluation methodology to the reader is sufficient.
