HSBC Continental Europe (HBCE), a subsidiary of HSBC HSBA.L, announced on Monday that it had completed the sale of its French retail banking activities to Crédit commercial de France, a subsidiary of My Money Group.
“All regulatory approvals have been obtained and the transaction closed on January 1,” HSBC said in a statement.
