Idris Elba, who DJed at Harry and Meghan’s wedding, reveals in an interview who danced best at the party.
Idris Elba (50) was not only present as a guest at the royal wedding of Prince Harry (38) and Duchess Meghan (41) in May 2018. The actor also DJed at the party after the big ceremony. “I was so nervous,” he said recently in an interview with “ET Canada” and also revealed who he thinks danced the most at the party.
“I think Meghan was the one who really let go. You know, she was real… She just had a lot of fun,” Elba recalled the impressions of the wedding. Meghan had “the best time,” said the actor.
Meghan had a special music request for her wedding
Idris Elba was already chatting in April 2022 in conversation with “BBC Radio1 Xtra” some details about the royal wedding. Meghan is said to have told him about a special music request at the time. Accordingly, the former actress on her special day after “Still DRE” by Dr. Dre (58) asked. The song by Dr. Dre, in which Snoop Dogg (51) also took part, he played for the bride. “It was Meghan’s decision,” said Elba, who began his music career long before acting.
