Specialist in external batteries and other charging blocks, Anker unveils, on the occasion of the IFA in Berlin, a new range of accessories dedicated to smartphones. Stamped Nano, it has three products: two batteries and a charger, all announcing a design (in part) in recycled plastic, reduced dimensions and a color palette including blue, green, white and black.
The first product of its kind is none other than the Nano Power Bank in “lipstick“, in Anker’s words, referring to its dimensions of 7.6 x 4.2 x 2.5 cm. The battery has a retractable USB-C connector as well as a second USB-C plug It is Power Delivery compatible and announces a charging power of 22.5 W (18 W for its own power supply), as well as a capacity of 5000 mAh.
This mini-battery to be plugged directly under the smartphone does not happen alone, since a second model, answering the same name, turns out to be a little more complete. The Nano Power Bank 30 W is equipped with an integrated USB-C (flat) cable, practical for traveling light, but also with a USB-C socket and a USB-A. If it promises to power a connected device at 30 W, it announces its own recharging at 30 W. The Power Delivery standard is also included and we note the integration of a light gauge allowing you to view its charge level. . On the capacity side, Anker announces 10,000 mAh. Its price is therefore a little higher than that of the small model (€29.99), since the brand announces a price of €49.99. The availability of the two batteries is scheduled for August 31.
It is on this same date that a third device will be marketed: the Nano 30 W, a GAN charger equipped with a USB-C port. It will be charged €24.99.
