The Bogdanoff twins’ lawyer reveals that Igor, who died six days after his brother, was unaware of his twin’s death.
Igor and Grichka Bogdanoff both passed away within days of each other. The famous twins died after contracting severe forms of covid-19. Grichka was the first to leave on December 28, 2021, while Igor had been in a coma since mid-December. When Igor passed away on January 3, he was unaware that his brother was no longer alive. It was Édouard de Lamaze, the lawyer for the Bogdanoff brothers who confirmed the information.
The decision to spare Igor Bogdanoff, when he was between life and death, is a decision of the family of the two scientists. “What I know is that the family did everything to protect him from this terrible news. The family did everything to prevent him from realizing that he was alone in front of his fate and that his brother had it. quits”, explained the lawyer at the microphone of RTL. According to those around him, Igor Bogdanoff passed away in peace, only six days after the death of his brother.
A whole life together
The two brothers had a close relationship. Beyond their twinness, they had built their dreams and their careers together. Four-handed books, television shows, regular appearances on TV sets, the two twins were inseparable.
Both had created a genre in its own right: the popularization of science and an approach to science fiction for French viewers. Their TV show “Temps X” introduced the generations of the 70s and 80s to science fiction. These two dreamers imagined their theories together. They were planning to bring their famous TV program back to C8. They had even shot several pilots.
They followed each other until the last day. Both hospitalized on December 15, the Bogdanoff brothers would have chosen not to be vaccinated against covid-19. We know that Grichka Bogdanoff had refused the vaccine, but the information concerning Igor has not been officially confirmed.
If the lawyer for the Bogdanoff brothers revealed that Igor had also died from the coronavirus, he refused to speak about his report to the vaccine. “I am a lawyer, I am not a doctor. I believe in maintaining medical confidentiality. We must stay out of this questioning ”, he explained to RTL.
