Season 15 Contestants "I'm a Star – Get Me Out of Here!" (also at TVNow) have to dress warmly – in the truest sense of the word. Instead of moving to the jungle camp in Australia in 2021 as usual, filming will take place in Wales in January of next year. The broadcaster RTL officially announced this on September 25th. Sonja Zietlow (52) and Daniel Hartwich (42) take over the moderation once more.
"At a time when so much is different than we are all used to, we choose the jungle king differently," said RTL managing director Jörg Graf. Just because Australia is currently retiring as a production location due to the corona pandemic, it does not mean "not to do this great show". They are convinced that they have found an adequate alternative in Wales and are already working on the implementation of the new season. Nothing should change in the show concept.
