Immobilière Dassault: +25.4% for rental income in 2021 – 02/02/2022 at 18:16

(AOF) – In the 4th quarter of 2021, Immobilière Dassault’s rental income amounted to 6.1 million euros, up 19.9% compared to the 4th quarter of 2020. Over the year as a whole, rental income is therefore up 25.4% to 25.2 million euros.

The real estate company explains that this strong increase results in particular from the contribution of the new leases implemented on the buildings 23 and 127 avenue des Champs Elysées (Paris 8th) and which largely compensate for the absence of rents from the non-strategic assets sold in the month of May 2021 (3 avenue Charles de Gaulle in Neuilly-sur-Seine, 2 ter rue Royale in Versailles and 1 avenue Niel in Paris 17th).

On a like-for-like basis, revenues increased by 26.7% in the 4th quarter and by +30.6% for the whole of the 2021 financial year.

As of December 31, 2021, the occupancy rate of the group’s property portfolio reached 89%. Vacancy is still mainly represented by buildings undergoing restructuring.
