Shortly after 12 noon on Saturday, the Kapfenberg city fire brigade was alerted to a traffic accident on the Kapfenberg exit of the Semmering expressway.
For a currently unknown cause, a vehicle overturned. The driver of the vehicle was able to leave the car on her own and was taken care of by the Red Cross present, including an emergency doctor, and transported to the LKH Hochsteiermark for further treatment. The fire brigade’s task was to secure the accident site and to tie up operating resources. The vehicle involved in the accident was removed by a private towing company. After about an hour, all emergency services were able to return.
