A 21-year-old test driver’s license holder let his tires spin and caused massive noise in a parking lot in the Carinthian Reifnitz.
Several residents complained to the police on Wednesday around 2:30 a.m. that a driver was causing massive noise in a parking lot. When the police arrived, they found a man busy changing the tire on his vehicle.
“Wanted to have fun”
The 21-year-old let the tire spin until it burst, says the police and adds: “He justified his actions by saying that he was young and just wanted to have some fun.”
