Since his indictment for rape, Ary Abittan had first stayed in a Parisian hotel before finding refuge with friends. Not long ago, he decided to make a new change in his life, by drawing a line on the past, as revealed here in his new issue on newsstands this Friday, December 24.
On November 1st, Here was revealed to you that Ary Abittan had been taken into custody for rape. A young woman – who is not his partner but with whom the 47-year-old actor had an ongoing relationship – had filed a handrail for what she had described as “unconventional relations between man and woman”. And this, even though she would have marked her disapproval in particular by “cries of pain”, she explained to the police officers who had taken her testimony. Arrested at his home by the police the day after the incident, he would then have “fallen from the clouds”.
Faced with the seriousness of the facts with which he was accused, Ary Abittan had chosen to temporarily leave his home. He had first taken refuge in a Parisian hotel before being welcomed by friends in the countryside. An isolation far from home which lasted for many weeks.

A few days ago, Ary Abittan returned to his apartment. Thin and tired, as you will discover in our exclusive photos, he supervised the movers who loaded all of his furniture. Impossible indeed for the actor to continue to live in this apartment and to welcome his three daughters there.
