The mini-brewery, in which Michael Flieher is in charge, is a strictly separated area in front of which a Heineken bar and an outdoor dining area have been set up and two puzzle tables. “Most of them are jealous of the tasting,” says the woman who trained as a beer sommelier and smiles. By the way, when you leave the test production, visitors catch the eye: “If you want to go new ways, you have to leave old paths.”
