Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht reacted to the first episode of “Die Ochsenknechts” at the start of the season. The YouTube video is now private “for copyright reasons” – the actor published an apology about a day later.
They were once THE celebrity couple in Germany, now Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht, 32, and Yeliz Koc, 30, only argue about Instagram. Reason for the next escalation level: On February 15, 2024, Jimi Blue shared a reaction video on YouTube. In the one-hour clip, you can see the actor watching the first episode of the third season of “Die Ochsenknechts” and reacting to it at the same time. In the early evening of February 16th, Jimi Blue suddenly seemed to show insight: he published a longer statement.
Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht: “I sincerely apologize”
For around 24 hours, his Instagram stories have been kept as simple as possible – and so it is hardly surprising that Jimi Blue once again addresses his followers with his apology statement in white letters on a black background. “I sincerely apologize for my inappropriate choice of words yesterday,” the 32-year-old begins his statement, “my goal was to respond to the current episode and address the ongoing untruths in the show, even if it concerns a sensitive topic.” He was aware that he himself wasn’t perfect and didn’t want to address “the topic” in the future.

“You’re absolutely right, the child’s well-being comes first,” Jimi Blue concedes and admits: “I absolutely chose the wrong platform to talk about it. My goal was to express myself publicly and present my perspective , without leaving anything out. However, I will defend myself or react if untruths continue to be spread in the next episode. Jimi Blue saw himself as Snow’s “involuntary sire.”
What happened? Already in the first episode of the third season, Jimi Blue’s exit seemed to be the omnipresent theme of “These Ochsenknechts”. His reaction to this was clear: “I don’t want to take part […]. I’m always the subject. Although I don’t want that. “I just wanted my privacy and my relationship to be respected.”
In the original episode, headlines about the 32-year-old are shown, including the tattoo that Jimi Blue got for his daughter Snow, 2. In May 2023, Yeliz claimed that Jimi had the little snowflake tattooed on his hand. After the shared partner tattoo, Koc also saw the tattooed proof of love for their daughter disappear. Natascha Ochsenknecht, 59, finds in the documentary: “It’s a shame that he did that” – and thus gives her son Jimi Blue a reason to speak out “on this topic of fatherhood”. “There is a difference between being a father, especially a voluntary father, and being a father and being an involuntary father,” the actor explained his view of things. “I see myself, and that’s what I am, [als] involuntary producer.”
You don’t have to understand it, I want you to respect it
Even his brother, Wilson Gonzalez Ochsenknecht, 33, isn’t 100 percent on Jimi’s side. He explains in the documentary: “When you bring a child into the world, you should take care of it.” Jimi’s reaction: “I agree with him completely, of course, if you bring a child into the world voluntarily, then you should take care of it. But I didn’t want it. I am [ein] involuntary producer. There really is a difference. As I said: You don’t have to understand it, I want you to respect it.”
Yeliz Koc reacts shocked to Jimi Blue’s statements
Just a few minutes after Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht’s reaction video went online on YouTube, Yeliz Koc also posted on Instagram. “I’m so…shocked right now, really,” she explained. She asserted: “Our families know that the child was planned. […] There are also photos of the pregnancy, how he hugs my stomach, how happy we are […] We worked for four months to get me pregnant. His friends know that, everyone knows that.”
Little Snow could be heard playing in the background of Yeliz’s Instagram stories. “He just doesn’t deserve this wonderful child,” explained Snow’s mother – and also emphasized: “I am so grateful to him for bringing this child to me. And I would never want to take it back.” According to Jimi’s current statements, one thing is certain for her: “No matter what happens – a lot has to happen – this man will not see my daughter.”
Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht: “I want to tell my point of view”
Both in the YouTube video description and in his Instagram story, Jimi Blue came forward with a short statement accompanying his reaction: “I thought for a long time whether I should comment on this topic,” it said, “but after “Since everything has already been made public, I just want to tell you my point of view.” He himself doesn’t expect “that everyone understands or accepts my opinion,” but he just wants “normal interaction with one another and that the endless public talk ends.”
