Jasmin Herren finally reveals more information about why she and her late husband Willi Herren pretended to be separated. Bad details about bodily harm and deprivation of liberty also come out.
“We were never separated,” says Jasmin Herren, 43, in the second episode “I’m a star – get me out of here!”. A few months ago, the pop singer dropped the bomb that she and her late husband Willi Herren had lied to the press. She now explains the exact reason: “I just wanted to be left alone. […] Then Poland is open, but we are together. Let’s just run away,” she said to her husband at the time. She had the idea of faking the divorce so that his environment would also be convinced and Jasmine would no longer be bothered.
Jasmin Herren: “I was beaten up by several people”
This harassment had previously reached such a severe level that Jasmine felt threatened. She had to call the police several times, finally she was beaten by several people and, according to her own statements, suffered physical harm and deprivation of liberty. “It was like I was lured into an apartment under an excuse. I believed that and at that moment people attacked me and basically held me in the apartment, pulled the curtains closed and beat me.”
“Willi Herren was my great love”
The exact reasons are also unknown to Jasmine, she says. She knows who did this to her, but of course she cannot name these people. “There were always people who tried to separate us or not let us because it was supposedly my fault that Willi was taking any substances,” she continues to tell the other candidates and adds in the interview: “I tried Helping him out of this cycle of being exploited again and again. He was my great love and it still hurts me.”
