(CercleFinance.com) – Janus Henderson Investors UK Limited, acting on behalf of the funds and clients it manages, told the AMF that it crossed the 5% threshold of the capital of Kaufman & Broad, following a sale of shares on the market.
The declarant specified that he held, on behalf of said funds, 1,064,478 Kaufman & Broad shares representing the same number of voting rights, ie 4.99% of the capital and 3.92% of the voting rights of the property builder.
