PAYMENT OF PLAN DEADLINES

AND EARLY REDEMPTION OF THE CONTRIBUTION MADE BY THE REFERENCE SHAREHOLDER

  • Company cash level higher than forecast
  • Maturities of 643k euros settled during the 2021 financial year in accordance with the continuation plan
  • Early repayment of the advance granted in 2021 by the reference shareholder

The company Klarsen (FR0011038348, ALKLA), specialized in the data marketing for customer acquisition and engagement, announces that it has proceeded with the early repayment of the financial contribution made about a year ago when the continuation plan was adopted.

This advance was made by the Group’s manager and reference shareholder as part of the plan to strengthen the company’s resources.

This exceptional financial contribution made in current account, therefore non-convertible or dilutive, enabled the company to fulfill its commitments and support its development.

The decision to repay it early was made possible by the very good performance of cash flow from business flows and transactions on the asset portfolio.

The company thus proceeded for the year 2021 to the payments of the maturities of the continuation plan for a total amount of 643,912 euros.
