Klépierre launches a buyback offer on two bond tranches

PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones) – Shopping center operator Klépierre announced the launch on Thursday of a cash buyback offer for its bonds maturing in April 2023 and November 2024. The amount of bonds coming from maturing in April 2023 still outstanding amounts to 750 million euros, while the amount of bonds maturing in November 2024 is 630 million euros.
