(CercleFinance.com) – The Board of Directors of the Company, meeting today, decided, on the proposal of its ad hoc Committee, to appoint as independent expert the firm Eight Advisory represented by Mr. Geoffroy Bizard, which will lead work with the support of Mr. Alexis Karklins-Marchay.
This announcement is made within the framework of the proposed public takeover bid announced by Vivendi SE.
‘The independent expert will be responsible for preparing a report including a fairness opinion on the financial conditions of the proposed offer. The ad hoc Committee will ensure the follow-up of the work of the independent expert, ‘the group indicates.
