League of Legends: Nisqy named LEC Summer Split 2022 MVP

League of Legends, Esports, LEC, MVP, Nisqy, MAD Lions, Vetheo, Elyoya, Caps

Sparkling since his return to the LEC with MAD Lions in the Summer Split, Nisqy has just been voted MVP of the split, ahead of Elyoya and Caps. And to think that he was on the Fnatic bench at Spring…

Without a team at the start of 2022 and forced to take a competitive break in order to have the hope of finding the LEC, Yasin “Nisqy” Dincer perhaps did not expect to be there at the end of August. Indeed, the Belgian midlaner regained a place in the European elite from the Summer Split, within MAD Lions, and clearly established himself as one of the best at his post in Europe. In particular, he allowed his team to move up to second place in the regular season and above all, to be a serious candidate for the European trophy, after a disastrous Spring Split where MAD Lions had not even reached the playoffs.

It is therefore quite logical that Nisqy was rewarded for his performance during this summer season. A few days ago, he was voted best player in his position by his peers, along with three of his teammates in the All-Pro Team. This Friday, he was downright awarded the title of MVP (Most Valuable Player) of the Summer Split. A first for him and above all a real recognition of his work. It thus succeeds Vincent “Vetheo” Berriewinner in the Spring Split.

If this title should greatly satisfy him, Nisqy probably needs to focus more on his playoff game this Friday against Rogue, which will qualify for the Worlds at the end of the year. We hope for him that he will manage to qualify but also to to win these LEC playoffswhat would be a great reward for a player without a team at the start of the year.
