Alongside the new Legion models, Lenovo is also introducing a new brand of gaming laptops aimed primarily at entry-level users. LOQ – pronounced like the English lock – has no deeper meaning and only shares the O logo with the classic Legion range. We’ll tell you what makes the new gaming devices so appealing.

Lenovo LOQ – Gaming notebooks at an entry-level price

The LOQ series of gaming notebooks initially consists of two models, each with two variants. They differ on the one hand in the display size – 16 or 15 inches (IPS panels) – and on the other hand in the built-in processor. You have the choice between 13th generation Intel processors, with the Intel Core i7 13700H being the upper limit, and AMD Ryzen 7, which reaches its top configuration with the 7840HS.

All four models are equipped with different Nvidia GeForce graphics cards. Various models can be selected here, but the 4060 represents the upper limit for the Lenovo LOQ notebooks. When it comes to RAM, up to 16 gigabytes of DDR5 are available to you. The built-in device memory is either 512 gigabytes or 1 terabyte in size.

Netzwelt says:

The LOQ models from Lenovo are not only interesting for beginners, because those looking for high-level gaming at a good price-performance level will find what they are looking for here. All current games should be able to be played very smoothly with the latest Nvidia graphics cards and current chipsets from Intel or AMD.

We are also enthusiastic about the all-rounder qualities: If you are not only looking for a laptop or desktop for gaming pleasure, but also for work, you can get it. Because here you get a pleasantly mature design with high-quality materials and very good equipment at a price comparable to other business models.
