During the financial year, the eco-real estate developer’s order book doubled, going from 41,000 to 80,000 square meters of current and future projects for a volume of activity of more than 200 ME by 2025. Growth was driven by all activities.
In 2023, the real estate eco-developer will continue to develop the projects in progress: several projects, including the Eco’City in Epinal and Les Forges and the Yutz/Thionville high school, will also be delivered during the financial year. .
The constant development of the order book and the good visibility of the activity for the years to come allow LCB to display all its confidence in the pursuit of its growth in 2023 and in its ability to achieve a turnover of 30 ME in 2025.
Finally, the company reiterates its ambition to soon transfer its shares to Euronext Growth in order to support its development and increase the attractiveness and liquidity of the share.
