Loire A Ligerian will participate in the next edition of Koh-Lanta

TF1 has just unveiled the cast of its next season of Koh-Lanta which begins on February 22. Of the twenty-four adventurers, a candidate from the Loire was selected in the person of Jean-Charles, 40 years old.

The production of the show presents him as follows: “Jean-Charles has always been close to nature and concerned about the environment. After starting his career in law, he found his way: fustier! Working with wood to provide building materials for houses flourished. The way of life of this forties is rustic, but Jean-Charles needs little today to be happy: nature, his dog, and his books. The hardness of Koh-Lanta should not impress him. »

Two totems this year

This new season should be exciting for fans of the show. TF1 warns: “It’s unheard of: there won’t be one, but two totems this year! The one you know, the Immunity Totem, which protects the winners… and the Cursed Totem! To lose a trial is to inherit it, and suffer one of its many curses. His shadow hangs over this season, from the first to the last day of the adventure. It’s a certainty, the cursed Totem will shake up the destinies of the twenty-four new adventurers who have decided to compete against each other. »

The adventure that Jean-Charles and the other candidates will experience promises to be intense according to the generalist channel: “In dantesque conditions, at the foot of the spectacular cliffs of the Palawan archipelago in the Philippines, these twenty-four apprentice Robinsons will discover roughing it, hunger, fatigue and strategies. With courage and determination, these twelve women and twelve men will do everything to realize their dream, and win Koh-Lanta. But the long road, strewn with pitfalls, in the forefront of which is, this year, the cursed Totem. »

“Koh-Lanta, the cursed Totem”, from February 22, at 9:10 p.m., on TF1.
