(Boursier.com) – The Group Lumibird confirms for the year 2022 the eligibility of its actions to the PEA-PME system. Lumibird shares can therefore be integrated into PEA PME portfolios, dedicated to investments in SMEs and mid-cap companies meeting the criteria set by the applicable regulations, in particular, less than 5,000 employees on the one hand, annual turnover less than 1, 5 billion euros or balance sheet total less than 2 billion euros, on the other hand, it being specified that these thresholds must be assessed on the date of acquisition of the securities.
