(CercleFinance.com) – Madvertise announces the completion of a reserved capital increase of 1.7 million euros fully subscribed by Robert C Kopple through his revocable American law trust, EL II Properties Trust, and released by compensation of debt.
This transaction resulted in the issue of 5,111,692 new shares, equivalent to existing shares and admitted to Euronext Growth Paris since December 23. The share capital of the mobile advertising specialist is now divided into 18,596,972 shares.
