If I had drunk a few glasses less, a 28-year-old Romanian might think: Sunday morning he broke into a shop in Graz, but fell asleep there at the cash desk because he was drunk. The police later found him sleeping.
At around 10:40 a.m., the police reported that the window of a gift and home accessories store had been smashed. When the police patrol – supported by a service dog patrol – searched the store, they found the intruder sleeping.
The 28-year-old Romanian, who was moderately intoxicated, had smashed the glass on the front door of the shop and climbed inside. While searching the cash desk, he must have fallen asleep because of his alcoholism. The suspect was arrested and taken to the police detention center. The criminal department of the Graz City Police Command is responsible for the further investigations.
