Mauna Kea: J&J below 20% of capital and rights

(Boursier.com) — By mail received on November 23 by the AMF, the company Johnson & Johnson Innovation – JJDC, Inc., based in Wilmington, Delaware, in the United States, declared that it had crossed downward on the 17th November, the thresholds of 20% of the capital and voting rights of Mauna Kea Technologies, and hold 10,811,687 Mauna Kea shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 17.85% of the capital and 17.54% of the voting rights. This crossing of thresholds results from an increase in the total number of shares and voting rights of the Mauna Kea company. Under Article 223-14 III and IV of the general regulations, the declarant specified that it held 2,181,818 Mauna Kea share subscription warrants exercisable until September 23, 2029, each giving the right to 1 Mauna Kea share, at a unit price per share of 1.10 euros.
