Meat Loaf has passed away at the age of 74. A grill manufacturer apologized for the poor timing of a meatloaf recipe.

The American rock musician and actor Marvin Lee Aday (1947-2022), better known by his stage name Meat Loaf, has died at the age of 74. According to media reports, Weber Inc., a grill manufacturer from the USA, apologized shortly afterwards for the bad timing of a meatloaf recipe.

After the company emailed the prescription, Weber apologized, reports, among others, the Australian broadcaster Seven News. “At the time we shared the recipe with you, we were unaware of the unfortunate passing of American singer and actor Mr. Marvin Lee Aday, also known as Meat Loaf,” another email read. We sincerely apologize for this oversight. In addition, the company expresses its condolences to the family and the fans of the singer.

“Never stop rocking!”

“We know how much he has meant to so many of you and we are so grateful for all the love and support we have received during this time of sadness at the loss of such an inspiring artist and wonderful human being,” Meat Loaf’s family previously said in a statement. “From his heart to your souls… Never stop rocking!”

Meat Loaf played and sang his way into the hearts of fans with “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” (1975) and the hit “I’d Do Anything for Love” (1993). He had been given the nickname as a child.
