(CercleFinance.com) – Following on from the sale of 6.5% of the capital of Mercialys under a total return swap (TRS) concluded on February 21, Casino indicates that on Monday it sold the balance of its stake, i.e. 10.3% of the capital, under a new TRS.
The proceeds from this new disposal amounted to €86 million. Following this operation, the food distribution group no longer holds any voting rights in the commercial property company.
