Elected Miss France 2020, the Guadeloupe was terribly unlucky. With the global pandemic, Clémence Botino had to confine himself like everyone else. As a result, all the official events in which the young woman was to participate were canceled. “I know, I am the Miss France Covid”, she confessed on Instagram. During the first confinement, his reign turned into a nightmare. In the middle of the night, the hotel where she was staying as Miss France suddenly caught fire. Although the beauty queen came out unscathed, she still suffered psychological after-effects from this terrible incident. Being positive for Covid-19 a few days before its final contest was a cold shower: “The first few days were very hard because I couldn’t believe this was happening to me”, she confided to her subscribers, this Friday, December 3.

Fortunately, the ordeal is now over. “I feel much better”, she explained. Taste and smell even come back to him little by little. But will she be able to participate in the Miss Universe contest? A question still unanswered since his time in isolation is not yet over. This Friday, December 3, Sylvie Tellier had let speak her concern to our colleagues of TV-Leisure : “I hope Miss Universe will let her come back into the pageant but I’m worried.” In the meantime, Clémence Botino has regained strength and is more motivated than ever.
