Major post-production financing agreements
Pipeline now increased to over $100M
As part of its strong development planned for 2024, METAVISIO – THOMSON Computing (Euronext Growth Paris – FR00140066X4 – mnemonic code: ALTHO), a French company specializing in the design, production and marketing of portable computers, has signed for the first time, after ten years of product and commercial development around the THOMSON brand, post-production financing agreements.
In view of the prospects of the range and the orders already recorded, the President and the Purchasing Director have obtained financing lines in China agreement with the company SINOSURE (equivalent to COFACE in Europe), for the purchases of components for 5 million dollars per month.
In India, METAVISIO opened a production line with its partner SAHASRA to produce
made in India
with a monthly credit line of $6 million.
This financing comes at a time when the company is seeking to achieve its international development objective and will enable it, in the coming months, to deliver all B2B production chains to match its ambitions. The sum of credit lines obtained for the purchase of components is $11 million, allowing METAVISIO to finally achieve its objective:
exceed €100M over one year, thus showing the capacity for production, delivery and market share gain around the world.
As a reminder, as of February 6, 2024, Thomson Computing, thanks to its constant efforts, already presented a
pipeline
orders exceeding $70 million, with an acceleration of business plans. One of the examples of commercial acceleration is the order obtained in India with the first Indian e-commerce site Flipkart, with 73,900 pieces for the year 2024, or more than 20 million dollars.
For this company, which has been listed for two years, the duality between the Chinese and the Americans proves to be extremely promising in 2024, due to their technological, price and geo-strategic positioning by being French and European.
