Fed up with TV series and auteur cinema, Emilie Semiramoth does not also hide her penchant for pop culture in all its eccentricities. From the bromance between Spock and Captain Kirk in Star Trek to the disillusionments of Lynch’s Mulholland Drive, she ignores gender boundaries.

On January 28, Netflix will broadcast All Of Us Are Dead, a Korean thriller starring zombies. Very pissed off and very quick.

Are you going to escape, die or unite to survive? This is the question at the heart of upcoming Korean drama on Netflix, All of Us Are Dead, which follows a group of college students trapped on their school campus when a zombie apocalypse erupts.

In the teaser, the zombies do appear to be rabid and particularly swift. Their way of disarticulating moreover recalls a scene from the director’s cut of The Exorcist, that of the famous walking of the spider …

Based on a popular “Now At Our School” webtoon, All of Us Are Dead saw production halted in 2020 by the COVID-19 pandemic. Will the series follow in Squid Game’s footsteps with hopes of becoming Netflix’s next international hit? See you on January 28 to find out.
