Livret A and LDDS: the rate maintained at 3%

The rate of remuneration of the Livret A and the Livret de développement durable et solidaire (LDDS) was maintained at 3% until January 2025 by the Minister of the Economy Bruno Le Maire.

A blocking of the rate, for 18 months, which recalls a situation that already occurred at the end of 2017: the government had decided to maintain the rate permanently at 0.75% for 2 years. The higher the rate of return on Livret A, the more expensive the loans, explained Bruno Le Maire in particular to justify this blockage.

Popular savings account: 6% and a new ceiling

Electricity: the regulated tariff increases by 10%
