British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has been infected with the corona virus. In the past 24 hours, he has experienced a mild fever and cough and has tested positive, Johnson said on Friday. He is now in domestic quarantine, Johnson said. "You can be sure that I can continue to work, thanks to the magical power of modern technology, I will continue to lead the fight against the corona virus, together with my top team," said Johnson in a statement about his diagnosis. The 55-year-old had said at the beginning of March that he continued to shake hands. Johnson is the first head of government to fall ill with Covid-19. Tests conducted recently by US President Donald Trump and Chancellor Angela Merkel were negative.
